| New York Construction’s Top Contractor Survey was developed to identify the
general contractors and construction managers doing the most work in the New
York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. We mailed survey forms to subscribers,
members of contracting associations and companies that participated in previous
years. Follow-up calls were made to firms identified as the largest in the region to
ensure their opportunity to participate. All information was verified with an officer
of the published companies. The responses were then tabulated. Only the largest
firms in the region made the list. Published here are the Top Contractors of 2004.
