Unions Move Construction Along in Citi Field

New York City & Vicinity Carpenters Labor-Management has been working on the construction of Citi Field and is supporting the New York Mets with sponsorship and an integrated in-stadium and television advertising campaign featuring David Wright, third baseman for the Mets, who is pictured (center) with Union Carpenters & Contractors’ workers on site.

 

Unions Move Construction Along in Citi Field

The Hudson Valley Mechanical Contractors Association, who serves contracting firms in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Ulster counties, recently donated $35,000 raised at its annual golf outing to Blythedale Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, New York. The contribution will be used to upgrade the hospital’s facilities. AM&G Waterproofing, LLC and Park Avenue Building and Roofing Supplies, LLC recently hosted the first annual golf outing on behalf of The Gilbert Rivera Charitable Foundation, created in memory of founder of both organizations, Gilbert Rivera, at Colonial Springs Golf Club in East Farmingdale, New York. Unions Move Construction Along in Citi Field

The development team of the Kalahari Condominiums at 40 West 116th Street in Harlem recently held a brokers party for real estate executives, brokers and artists. Kalahari is a 249-unit, mixed income facility built to LEED Silver certification and also one of the first condominiums in New York to maintain a curated, in-house collection of artwork related to Africa and Harlem.
