Insurent Agency Corporation in New York launched its Insurent® Lease Guaranty Program, which is aimed at increasing occupancies, eliminating rent loss and streamlining the leasing process at no cost to the landlord and also guarantees full payment of rent under residential leases. H2M Celebrates 75th Anniversary

New York State Senator and Minority Leader Malcolm Smith recently toured the Sheet Metal Industry of New York’s Apprentice Training Center in Jamaica, Queens to discuss his construction industry background as a private sector developer, accompanied by New York City Council Member Leroy Comrie, who explained how political issues can affect their lives and careers.
