Nominees for the 2006 Energy New York Award met at a recent event where the New York Energy Consumers Council announced Douglas and Jonathan Durst of New York's Durst Organization as the winners. More than 1,250 people representing New York's business, labor, and construction communities recently gathered at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in Manhattan for the 26th Annual Friends of Saint Dominic's Business & Labor Awards Dinner, which raised a record $1.2 million for the nonprofit.
