Six industry leaders accepted awards at the Real Estate Board of New York’s recent annual banquet, the 111th in the trade organization’s history. The recipients were: Daniel Brodsky, a developer and partner of the Brodsky Organization, for the Bernard H. Mendik Lifetime Leadership in Real Estate Award; Jeffrey Brodsky, president of Related Management and executive vice president of Related Affordable, for the George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award; Arnold Fisher, senior partner at Fisher Brothers, for the Kenneth R. Gerrety Humanitarian Award; Paul Massey Jr., co-founder of Massey Knakal Realty Services, for the Louis Smadbeck Broker Recognition Award; William Rudin, a developer and president of Rudin Management, for the Harry B. Helmsley Distinguished New Yorker Award; and Vincent Terranova, executive vice president and principal of Bernstein Real Estate, for the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association Young Real Estate Man of the Year Award.
