REBNY's small firms committee hosted
its first Residential Technology Seminar. The seminar
presented the residential community with a how-to of
the city's Building Information System site, information
on website design, how to use the REBNY website and
also a look into new technology planned for the future.

The Community Preservation Corporation, New Destiny
Housing Corp. and the Dept. of Housing Preservation
and Development were joined by representatives from
the office of the Brooklyn Borough President to celebrate
the transformation of 281 Bainbridge St. in the Bedford-Stuyvesant
section of Brooklyn into eight new affordable housing
units at a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at the property
