Bloomberg Addresses New York Building Congress

After identifying a laundry list of construction projects under way in New York City, the mayor said the construction industry should be optimistic about the city's future.

The New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction of a new $17 million Early Childhood Development Center in Camden, N.J.
