Honors, Accolades and Golf

The last few months of activities in the region provide time for honoring and golfing with the industry.

The Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry celebrated its 60th anniversary with a special June luncheon. Industry leaders across the New York region and nation attended the event to honor the progressive labor-management cooperative organization that is based in Flushing, N.Y. The New York Building Congress held its 2003 Golf & Tennis Outing in July at the North Hills Country Club in Manhasset, N.Y.
