Edwards and Kelcey, an engineering, design, planning, and construction management firm based in Morristown, N.J., has acquired Wiles Mensch Corp., a civil engineering, land planning, and urban design services firm in Reston, Va.

STV Group, a design and construction management firm based in New York, announced that it has reorganized into three principal divisions overseeing all national operations. Maher Labib and James Vilbert will head the building and facilities unit; William Matts and John Agro Jr. will lead the transportation and infrastructure unit; and Milo Riverso will be in charge of the construction management unit. The firm also has promoted Riverso, Matts, and Labib to executive vice president.

Kamco Supply Corp. of New England, a distributor of building materials based in Wallingford, Conn., has opened a new facility in Glens Falls, N.Y., in response to growing demand for materials in the Lake George-Lake Champlain region of New York.
