Stantec, based in Edmonton, Alberta in Canada, completed an acquisition of Sear-Brown in Rochester, N.Y. Stantec now has 27 offices and approximately 1,500 employees in 12 states throughout the US.

Tishman Realty & Construction, of New York, N.Y., donated $100,000 to the Center for Architecture, which opened in 2003 in the Greenwich Village section of Manhattan.
