Garen Apanosian has joined New York-based Stantec, an engineering and architectural firm as structural engineer and project manager with the firm’s transportation division. He will also be assigned as project manager and quality control engineer for the 2010 biennial inspection of the Goethals Bridge and LaGuardia Airport bridges as part of Stantec’s continued inspections.
Ryan Starbuck has joined New York-based Stantec as engineering designer in the firm’s transportation division.
