Edwards and Kelcey Acquires Firm

Edwards and Kelcey, the engineering, design, and construction management company based in Morristown, N.J., has acquired a Texas-based engineering firm, according to a press release.

Edwards bought Epsilon Engineering of Houston and College Station, Texas. Epsilon, founded in 1985, has 33 staffers and specializes in highway and roadway engineering. The outfit has worked extensively in the past for municipal agencies in Texas and that state's department of transportation.

James Wong, who was CEO of Epsilon, and Gary Myers, its president, now become vice presidents of Edwards, which is led by Kevin McMahon, the chairman and CEO.

The acquisition is the 15th by Edwards in the past decade, including companies based in Florida, Illinois, and Ohio.
