Butts has served as the executive director of the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut, a division of the Connecticut Construction Industries Association, since Jan. 1, 2010. AGC/CT represents commercial, industrial and institutional construction contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and professionals serving the Connecticut construction industry. Butts also serves as the CCIA's director of administrative affairs. Prior to his current position, Butts served as assistant executive director of the AGC/CT between July 2008 and December 2009. From 1992 to 2008, he was the executive director of the Associated General Contractors of Maine.

Cooper is the president and CEO of WSP Flack + Kurtz. Based in the firm's New York headquarters, Cooper oversees a staff of 500 engineering and support personnel. He became a partner of the firm at age 33 and is a licensed professional engineer with 30 years of experience. Cooper is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.

Durr is president and COO of Durr Mechanical Construction Inc. and has more than 35 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry. He has worked on projects for PSEG Fossil LLC, Con Edison of New York and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Durr is also the chairman of the NYC Building Trades Employers' Association.
