Paul Haining

Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety

Haining is the vice president of environment, health and safety for Skanska USA Civil Northeast and has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. In his current role, he is responsible for oversight and development of the EH&S programs for Skanska's projects in New York City.


Adam Peters

Safety Director

KBE Building Co.

Farmington, Conn.

As KBE Building Corp's safety director, Peters is responsible for ensuring optimal safety performance for the firm, both on its jobsites and in the office. Under his leadership, KBE's safety program has been recognized by the national Association of Builders and Contractors. Peters currently sits on the safety committees of the ABC in Connecticut as well as the Associated General Contractors in Connecticut.


Ray Rudolph



Albany, N.Y.

Since becoming CEO of CHA this past January, Rudolph has almost doubled the size of the firm from a staff of about 700 to more than 1,250. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Union College and has been designing and managing engineering projects both nationally and globally for much of the last 30 years. Rudolph created and developed a specialized niche design service for athletic fields, arenas and other recreation facilities. He has also been active in many industry and professional groups including the Adirondack Sports Commission and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
