commentThe construction of a 98,433 sq ft school located on West 44th Street in Manhattan is scheduled to take place this November. Turner Construction Company will be providing construction services through a $54.7 million contract awarded by the New York City School Construction Authority and UK based RMJM will be providing architectural services.

Upon completion, PS/IS 51M will accommodate 640 students and include 24 classrooms, two special education classrooms and other educational amenities and faculty facilities.
Completion is scheduled for July 2013.
