Marchetto takes on his new role with 25 years of construction experience in all industry sectors under his belt. He joined Tishman in 2009 where he also serves on the company’s Management Committee. Previously, Marchetto served as President of Lehrer McGovern Bovis and head of its Northeast Central region after joining the New York-based Bovis Lend Lease in 1979 as one of its first employees of what was then Lehrer McGovern. He then served as Chief Operating Officer of Bovis Lend Lease Americas and was named CEO in 2004.

“I have been long proud of my association with the Building Congress and the important role it plays as a unique coalition as diverse as the industry it serves,” said Marchetto. “It will be a challenge to live up to the standard set by Stu Graham, who helped the Building Congress reach new heights in industry service, research, advocacy and influence. As Chairman, I hope to continue and expand these efforts.”
