CassaNY Rises on West 45th Street

CassaNY, a 50-story independent hotel and condominium designed by CetraRuddy Inc. of New York City, is currently rising on West 45th Street in Manhattan.

Once completed, CassaNY will include 57 residences and 155 hotel rooms as well as a world-class restaurant, spa, landscaped garden, and lounge.

In collaboration with Enrique Nortens TEN Arquitectos of Mexico City, CetraRuddy Inc. designed both the exterior and interior of CassaNY as a modern white tower, using metal and punched windows to create a variety of views from all 57 residences and 155 hotel rooms.

Modern, light and reflective materials are the focus for CassaNY’s interior including wood, stone, glass, lacquer, leather and crystalline that have all been hand-selected by the architect.

Once completed, CassaNY will include a world-class restaurant, spa, a landscaped garden, terrace, and lounge, as well as 24-hour concierge service. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2010.
