"Though private investment in Vineland has been soft, there remains some development opportunities in South Vineland and along the Route 55 corridor," Guetens says. "Whether it's electric utility upgrades, air quality testing or groundwater investigations for (the town's) landfill or emergency roadway and dam repairs related to storm damage, there is still business to be found." Pennoni Associates completed a groundwater investigation and remedial investigation report for the Vineland Landfill last November.
