Gregory M. Raucci President Bismark Construction Co.With an approximately 22% unemployment rate in the city's construction market, private sector work is minimal, Raucci says. "Anything of substance will be large-size projects," adds Raucci, whose firm has three education projects in the works, including an $8-million concrete contract for the Fairchild Wheeler Multi-Magnet High School that Fusco Corp. is building.
