Ronald C. Witt Jr. Executive Vice President Sweetwater Construction Corp.
"A pent-up demand for construction services for the past several years seems to be causing rebound activity for Trenton and the surrounding areas as our economy recovers," Witt says. The health-care and technology sectors have been particularly strong, a trend that should continue, he adds. Sweetwater is set to begin construction on an 89,000-sq-ft assisted living facility called The Seasons at East Windsor. The facility will contain 86 units and 120 beds. Completion is set for the fall of 2013.
