In March the firm announced plans for Willow14, a 140-unit luxury apartment complex in Hoboken, N.J., with 22,000 sq ft of retail space. The project is scheduled to break ground this year, with completion set for 2013. “We’re very bullish on that location,” he says. “Hoboken, in general, is a very vibrant market that continues to demand quality housing.” |
