MTA Introduction

The MTA is re-organizing itself to crank out a lot of work by 2007. In addition to its on-going capital construction program, the agency intends to open East Side Access, a 7 line extension, a downtown transit center and a new South Ferry Station. Can it be done? According to Mysore Nagaraja, the new head of the MTA's Capital Construction Corporation, yes!
