50th Anniversary
Disney World's Way to the Future

Clients in the future will want to "experience" living in a constructed space, which will actually be virtual reality, before approving its final design and construction. This will create a new consultant service that will be in demand before final design and construction are done.

Moreover, schedules will be four-dimensional showing how the construction will look in various construction phases. Many building components and building systems will be networked. The potential benefits would be creating safer environments for occupants as well as tracking building life cycle and maintenance issues.

Construction materials will be tracked from their origin to the construction site and they will be installed as it arrives.

Construction will occur more quickly and satisfy the client's overall expectations.

It's a personalized version of Disney World.
